0️⃣ Return product(s) + Refund

Beyond the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, we are able to accept a return only in the event of a proven defect in the product. Our items undergo quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to along with your order number.

Once the return has been validated by our team, please follow these instructions:

👉 How do I order a product?

We make the buying process as easy as possible:

👉 How do I get confirmation that my order has been validated?

When you have made the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email a few moments later. We invite you to check your spam, and indicate the address as a reliable sender in order to receive all emails concerning the shipping and delivery of your order.

Of course, if you don't leave your email address, you won't have access to information about the different stages of your order.

👉 How can I track my package?

You can follow the different delivery stages of your order by clicking on "Track my package" at the bottom of the home page.

👉 When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require our team to take a maximum of 7 to 10 days in a normal context. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

👉 Which size should I choose?

The dimensions of the shoes vary according to the models. A size 39 of model A may suit you while a size 39 of model B may fit completely differently.

To guide you to the right choice, on all product sheets, you will find a size guide. This way, you can measure your foot and select the correct size.

👉 Which payment cards are accepted?

Shopify Payment is our payment operator. Shopify Payment allows you to pay specifically by means of your bank card by filling in our payment form (card number, validity, etc.)

For you, the buyer, Shopify Payment does not require registration; it goes completely unnoticed and therefore you will only have to deal with your bank regarding your purchase, just as if you were buying with your card at any merchant

2️⃣ Delivery

👉 Mondial Relay point pick-up

Your package is made available at the Collection Point for a limited period of 14 calendar days. Beyond this period, the package will be returned to Aquashoes.

The package is delivered by hand, upon presentation of your proof of identity. In case of impediment, a person of your choice with your identity document as well as his or hers will be able to collect the package.

Collection Points are not authorized to manage post-delivery activity (returns, after-sales service, withdrawal, etc.). If necessary, you can contact customer service.

If delivery is not possible in the relay chosen on the day of delivery, the package will be deposited in another Mondial Relay point closest to the relay initially chosen. Information about this new relay will be communicated to you by email or sms if necessary.

👉 Who are our logistics providers?

We have no exclusivity regarding our logistics providers. As for delivery to your mailbox, we operate most frequently with La Poste, Colis Privé, Colissimo and Mondial Relay .

👉 I haven't received my order

A delivery problem? Lost or broken package? With our secure delivery, Aquashoes takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We do not pass the fault on to the carrier by letting you "manage it". We take full responsibility by automatically resending a new package to you at our expense. Do not hesitate to contact us by email ( Our team will do its best to meet your expectations.

👉 My order is not complete

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

👉 How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products for free anywhere in the world without any minimum quantity.

👉 My package is late, what should I do?

The passage of your package through customs (standard procedure) can be done very quickly as it may take more time, Aquashoes has no authority over them. Also, public services such as the Post Office can be overloaded at certain times (Covid, Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Christmas, Sales) or understaffed (summer period). If so, your package will arrive a few days later.

👉 How do I wash my shoes?

The lightweight water shoes that you can find in the "Beach Shoes" collection are machine washable at 30°

The Water Shoes from the "Sport Aquatic Shoes" collection can be washed with a brush, with a damp sponge or cloth.

For all models and after each use in salt water, it is recommended to systematically rinse your shoes with clean water.Salt water being very aggressive, this will preserve the durability of your shoes

👉 Are the shoes waterproof?

Our models are neither waterproof nor waterproof. If you fully submerge your foot in water, your foot will get wet. The main purpose of water shoes is to evacuate water as quickly as possible to maintain your comfort.

👉 Are the shoes compatible with the use of fins?

None of our shoes are intended for use with fins.

👉 Can these shoes be used in the pool? for aquafitness or aquabike?

Certain models from the "Beach Shoes" collection are perfectly suited to this type of activity. However, we recommend that you wash them with clear water after each use to limit their degradation due to chlorine.

👉 Wanting to buy these shoes to protect my feet from sea urchins / Corals, I wanted to know if these were really effective?

Yes, all our models are all equipped with a rigid sole which will also protect you from stones, hot sand or broken glass.

4️⃣ Cancel & Return

👉 Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by email ( Our team will do their best to meet your expectations.

👉 My item is too big or too small

All our items have their specified shoe size/size to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our kind customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and add a size chart to each product sheet. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small or large. Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can cause great frustration. Do not hesitate to contact our customer support by email ( We will do our best to satisfy you (by offering possible compensation, for example).

👉 Where are our products made?

To date, all our models are made in Asia. Indeed, today there is unfortunately no manufacturer of water shoes / aquatic shoes in France, nor in Europe for that matter. We proceed in the same way as Adidas (German brand), Nike (US brand) or Decathlon, Intersport, etc... (French brands) which import all of their production from Asia. Also on platforms such as Amazon, all models naturally come from Asia. On the other hand, we claim to be a French store, made up of staff based in France.

It is also thanks to this model that we can offer you an attractive price/quality ratio!

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one and only one discount code per order.
