Beyond the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, we are able to accept a return only in the event of a proven product defect. Our items undergo quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) tohello@aquashoes.fraccompanied by your order number.

👉How can I order a product?
We make the purchasing process as easy as possible:

👉How can I confirm that my order has been validated?
When you have made the payment, you will receive a few moments after an order confirmation email. We invite you to check your spam, and indicate the addresshello@aquashoes.fras a reliable sender in order to receive all emails regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Naturally, if you do not leave your email address you will not have access to information about the different stages of your order.

You can track the various stages of delivery of your order by clicking on "Track my package" at the bottom of the home page.
👉When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the Manufacturing of products and delivery (free) require our team a maximum of 7 to 10 days in a normal context.We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
👉What size should I choose?
Shoe sizes vary depending on the model. A size 39 in a model A may fit you well, while a size 39 in a model B may fit completely differently.
To guide you towards the right choice, on In all product sheets, you will find a size guide. This will allow you to measure your foot and select the correct size.
👉What payment cards are accepted?
Shopify Payment is our payment processor. Shopify Payment allows you to pay specifically with your credit card by completing our payment form (card number, validity, etc.)
For you, as a buyer, Shopify Payment requires no registration; it's completely invisible, and you'll only deal with your bank regarding your purchase, just as if you were buying with your card from any merchant.

2️⃣ Delivery
👉Collection from Mondial Relay point
Your package will be available at the Collection Point for a limited period of 14 calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to Aquashoes.
The package will be handed over in person, upon presentation of your proof of identity. If you are unable to attend, a person of your choice, with your ID and their own, will be able to collect the package.
Collection Points are not authorized to handle post-delivery activities (returns, after-sales service, cancellations, etc.). If necessary, you can contact customer service.
If delivery is not possible at the selected relay point on the day of delivery, the package will be dropped off at another Mondial Relay point as close as possible to the initially selected relay point. Information regarding this new relay point will be communicated to you by email or text message if applicable.
👉 Who are nos logistics providers?
We do not have exclusivity regarding our logistics providers. When it comes to delivery to your mailbox, we most frequently work withThe Post Office,Private Parcel,ColissimoAndMondial Relay.
👉I have not received my order
A delivery problem? Lost or broken package? With our secure delivery, Aquashoes handles disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier and leave you to "fight on your own." We assume full responsibility by automatically sending you a new package at our expense. Don't hesitate to contact us by email (hello@aquashoes.fr). Our team will do its utmost to meet your expectations.
👉My order is not complete
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
👉How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products free of charge anywhere in the world with no minimum quantity.
👉My package is late, what to do?
The passage of your package through customs (standard procedure) can be done very quickly or it can take longer, Aquashoes has no authority over them. Also, public services such as the Post Office may at certain times be overloaded (Covid, Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Christmas, Sales) or understaffed (summer period). If this is the case, Your package will arrive a few days later.

👉How do I wash my shoes?
Water Shoes lightweight that you can find in the "Beach Shoes" collection are machine washable at 30°
The water shoes from the "Sport Water Shoes" collection can be washed with a brush, sponge or damp cloth.
For all models and after each use in salt water, it is recommended to Always rinse your shoes with clean water. Salt water is very aggressive, so this will help preserve the durability of your shoes.
👉 Are the shoes waterproof?
Our models are neither waterproof nor leak-proof. If you fully submerge your foot in water, your feet will get wet. The main purpose of water shoes is to wick away water as quickly as possible to maintain your comfort.
👉 The shoes Are they compatible with the use of fins?
None of our shoes are designed for use with fins.
👉 Can these shoes be used in a swimming pool? For aquafitness or aquabiking?
Certain model from the collection "Shoes of Beach" are perfectly suited to this type of activity. However, we recommend washing them in clean water after each use to limit their deterioration due to chlorine.
👉 Wanting to buy these shoes to protect my feet from sea urchins / corals, I wanted to know if they were really effective?
Yes, all our models are equipped with a rigid sole that will also protect you from stones, hot sand or broken glass.
4️⃣ Cancelation & Back
👉Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email (hello@aquashoes.fr). Our team will do its utmost to meet your expectations.
👉My item is too big or too small
All our items have their specified size/sizing to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our kind customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and add a size chart on each product sheet. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small or too large. However, we know that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration. Do not hesitate to contact our customer support by email (hello@aquashoes.fr). We will do everything possible to satisfy you (by offering possible compensation for example).

👉Where are our products made?
To date, all our models are manufactured in Asia. Indeed, today there is unfortunately no manufacturer of water shoes / aqua shoes in France, or in Europe for that matter. We proceed in the same way as Adidas (German brand), Nike (US brand) or Decathlon, Intersport, etc. (French brands) which import all of their production from Asia. On platforms such as Amazon as well, all models naturally come from Asia. On the other hand, we claim to be a French store, made up of staff based in France.
It is also thanks to this model that we can offer you an attractive quality/price ratio!
👉 Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.
👉 I received an import tax
We ship our products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes in their country, and we decline all liability.
